All course registrations and gift card purchases are non-refundable. This is standard practice across the firearms training industry and reflects the planning, staffing, and material preparation required for each course.
We offer the following credit-based options for cancellations:
By registering, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that course spots are limited, and cancellations within 30 days impact our ability to refill your reserved space.
Before participating, all students must complete and sign the provided Training Waiver. This will be sent out after registration and is required for all participants prior to the course.
Refunds for apparel are issued as store credit only for items that are unopened, in new condition, and without signs of use or wear. The return process must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns for range equipment are accepted to the original form of payment, minus return shipping costs. Items must be unopened, in new condition, and free from signs of use or wear. The return process must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
If an item is listed as in stock and you are able to complete the checkout process, the item is in-house and ready to ship. Once your order is placed, the inventory is committed to your order.
