There are no refunds for courses or gift cards. No refunds is a standard practice throughout the firearm training industry. Training is an investment of time and money for both the student and instructor.
If we are notified of your registration cancellation more than 30 days before the training course date, your payment (less a $25 cancellation fee) can be applied as a credit to another course. This credit will expire after one year, and the funds will be considered forfeited. No-shows without prior notice will not receive any credit.
Before participating, all students must complete and sign the provided Training Waiver. This will be sent out after registration and is required for all participants prior to the course.
Refunds for apparel are issued as store credit only for items that are unopened, in new condition, and without signs of use or wear. The return process must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns for range equipment are accepted to the original form of payment, minus return shipping costs. Items must be unopened, in new condition, and free from signs of use or wear. The return process must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
If an item is listed as in stock and you are able to complete the checkout process, the item is in-house and ready to ship. Once your order is placed, the inventory is committed to your order.
