Courses & Gift Card Return Policy

All course registrations and gift card purchases are non-refundable. This is standard practice across the firearms training industry and reflects the planning, staffing, and material preparation required for each course.

We offer the following credit-based options for cancellations:

• 30+ Days Before Course: Full course credit, minus a $25 cancellation fee (Credit valid for 12 months)
• 14–29 Days Before Course: 50% course credit (at our discretion, one-time courtesy) (Credit valid for 12 months)
• Less than 14 Days Before Course or No-Show: No credit or refund will be issued

By registering, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that course spots are limited, and cancellations within 30 days impact our ability to refill your reserved space.

Before participating, all students must complete and sign the provided Training Waiver. This will be sent out after registration and is required for all participants prior to the course.

• You have no physical infirmity that would prevent safe participation in firearms training, moving over uneven ground, or being exposed to environmental elements such as weather, sun, rain, or dust.
• You understand that firearms training involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury or death, and you assume all such risks.
• You acknowledge that live ammunition may be used during training.
• You are responsible for supplying safe, well-maintained, and reputable equipment for training purposes.

Apparel Return Policy

Refunds for apparel are issued as store credit only for items that are unopened, in new condition, and without signs of use or wear. The return process must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Range Equipment Return Policy

Returns for range equipment are accepted to the original form of payment, minus return shipping costs. Items must be unopened, in new condition, and free from signs of use or wear. The return process must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Shipping & Inventory Policies

If an item is listed as in stock and you are able to complete the checkout process, the item is in-house and ready to ship. Once your order is placed, the inventory is committed to your order.
